Standard 2mm clear float is a great every day glass for general framed items at a competitive price. The supply of cut glass only to the customers required size is also offered on a collection only basis. Standard 2mm diffused, also known as non-reflective is a float glass acid etched on one side. This is slightly more expensive than the standard float but still offers good value for those who prefer less reflection seen in the glass especially in areas next to windows or where picture lights are to be used. This glass is not suitable for deep box frames as the further away the image the less clear it becomes. Where more protection or clarity is required then specialist glass is available. We can supply Tru Vue for various applications. |
